What are your guy's thoughts on the Herald? I think it's filling a great role in the 'Verse, but I'm not sold on the aesthetics. It's a love-hate relationship. Is anyone looking forward to owning one of these?

Here's the concept sale release page:

I love the idea of data running and all the things you can do with this new role. However I seriously dislike the look of the ship :(

I wanted a Herald until I saw it.  Just too damn ugly for my taste :(

Anyone seen the new pictures of the Herald Mark 2?  With that layout I might actually consider buying it because it suddenly looks 20 times better then the ugly duck the Mark 1 is.

The Herald is definitely ugly. I had a conversation with someone about that the other day... I do like the fact that ships in Star Citizen can look and feel built for specific purposes though.

Like the purpose of the ship but hate the way it looks. It's like an asymmetrical space flea.
