Thief is set in a dark fantasy world inspired by Victorian and steampunk aesthetics. The new game, simply titled Thief, releases tomorrow February 25th. This will be the 4th title in the franchise, and serves as a revival of the classic Thief series of stealth games. In Thief you play as Garrett, a master thief who has been away from his hometown for a long time, returns to it, a city named 'The City', and finds it ruled over by a tyrant called 'The Baron'. While The City is infested by a plague, the rich continue to live in good fortune, and the poor are forming numerous mobs against the authorities, Garrett intends to exploit the situation to his favor.

That really sucks that they messed up it that bad. Dreading what it's going to be when I play it myself on friday. Luckily it's short so you don't need to suffer long

I mean, I can see some people liking it but it just feels like passionless junk to me.

Played it for like an hour tonight, and i must say, wasn't really impressed either, i mean, i thought it was alright, but it just felt like thief 3 with better graphics. Gameplay was a bit meh.
